Payment Data: Credit card details and billing address (processed via secure third-party processors; we do not store raw credit card numbers).
B. Data Collected Automatically
Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and interaction logs with our website.
Precise Geolocation Data: We may collect precise location data to navigate to your service location (e.g., specific technician routing). Under Texas law, this is considered "Sensitive Data."

Tech Pros Texas does not generally collect biometric identifiers (fingerprints, retina scans, voiceprints, or records of face geometry). However, if a specific security installation requires us to temporarily capture such data (e.g., testing a facial recognition smart lock):
We will obtain your explicit written consent before capture.
We will not sell, lease, or disclose this data to third parties unless required by law.
We will permanently destroy such data within a reasonable time, not to exceed one year after the purpose for collecting it has expired.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. In the event of a data breach that compromises your Sensitive Personal Information (as defined by the Texas Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act), we will:
Notify you without unreasonable delay (no later than 60 days).
Notify the Texas Attorney General if the breach affects 250 or more Texas residents (no later than 30 days).

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we discover we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will delete it immediately.
